By accessing this website, submitting the form or booking a call, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

All content on this site — including the video, written material and any call booked through it — is general and educational. It is not financial, investment, insurance, tax or legal advice, is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or insurance product, and is not an offer or solicitation where such an offer would be unlawful. Personalised advice is provided only after a formal engagement and a full review of your circumstances. Consult your own tax and legal advisers before acting.

We make no promise or guarantee of any financial outcome, income, return, performance, tax saving or other result. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this site. Our services are offered only to residents of: California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia. Our planning work is designed for accredited investors, and we generally work with households holding approximately $750,000 or more in investable assets. Booking a call does not create an advisory, brokerage or client relationship, and we may decline to proceed if there is not a fit.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, complete and your own, and that you will keep it up to date. By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to be contacted at them by email, phone call and SMS text message — including through automated technology — about your enquiry and appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts or unsubscribe from email at any time. Appointments are held at the time you select and are subject to availability; bookings generally require at least 1 day notice. Please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email as early as you can. If you do not join within 10 minutes of the start time we may treat the appointment as a no-show and release the slot; repeated no-shows may mean we decline future bookings.

Calls and virtual meetings may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, supervision and compliance. You will be informed at the start of the call and may ask us not to record, or end the call.

You may not use this site to submit false, misleading or third-party information without authority; to interfere with, probe or overload the site; to scrape, copy, frame or republish its content for commercial purposes; to introduce malicious code; to attempt unauthorised access; or to use it for any unlawful, harassing or fraudulent purpose. All site content, branding and materials remain our property or that of our licensors.

This site relies on third-party services, including our scheduler (Calendly), our video meeting provider (Zoom), our form and CRM tools, our email and SMS providers, and advertising and analytics platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and links to other sites are not endorsements.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Advisor Group, LLC and its members, officers, employees and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under federal or state securities laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Advisor Group, LLC and its members, officers, employees and representatives from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may modify these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may also change, suspend or discontinue the site or any booking availability, and may terminate your access, at any time and without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that venue. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
