Cornerstone Advisor Group — Excellence in Life Planning

Effective September 17, 2026

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Cornerstone Advisor Group, LLC collects through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this marketing website and to the forms, scheduler and calls that follow from it.

1. Who we are

Cornerstone Advisor Group, LLC (“Cornerstone Advisor Group”, “we”, “us”) is a financial advisory firm. This website concerns our annuity work: fixed and fixed indexed annuities, guaranteed retirement income, income riders, and 401(k) and IRA rollovers into annuities. Our office is at 10472 Armstrong Street, Fairfax, VA. We serve clients in: California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia.

This policy covers information collected through this website and the booking process it leads to. It does not replace any privacy notice you receive from a broker-dealer, custodian or insurance carrier involved in a product you purchase.

Privacy questions: email robert.howard@cs-ag.com or call 571-677-1072 (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:00pm ET).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, state of residence, age range, and the answers you provide in our intake form about your retirement timeline, investable assets, accounts, income needs and planning goals. If you speak with us, we keep notes of that conversation and any documents you choose to send, such as statements or a tax return.

Information collected automatically. IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and advertising click identifiers passed in the URL (for example Meta's fbclid and Google's gclid), plus cookie and pixel identifiers described in Section 6.

Scheduling information. The date and time you select, your time zone, the email address used to confirm the booking, calendar invite status, reschedules, cancellations and attendance.

We do not ask for account numbers, Social Security numbers or login credentials through this website. Please do not send them by email or through the form.

3. How we use information

To respond to your enquiry, confirm your appointment and hold the call.

To assess whether your situation fits the planning work we do, and to tell you honestly when it does not.

To send educational material, reminders and follow-ups where you have consented, and to stop sending them when you ask.

To measure and improve our advertising and website — which pages and ads lead to booked calls, in aggregate.

To meet legal, regulatory, supervisory and recordkeeping obligations, including those that apply to our broker-dealer and investment advisory relationships, and to detect and prevent fraud or misuse.

4. How we share information

We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract: our CRM (Redtail, migrating to Wealthbox), our scheduler (Calendly), our email and SMS providers, our video meeting provider (Zoom), website and analytics providers, and advertising platforms (Meta and Google) for measurement and audience matching. We also share information with our broker-dealer and supervisory partners where regulation requires, with professional advisers, and where we are legally compelled to do so.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

5. Text messages and calls

By submitting your phone number you give prior express consent for Cornerstone Advisor Group and its representatives to contact you at that number by phone call and SMS text message — including through automated technology — about your enquiry and your appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of text messages and HELP for help, or call us at 571-677-1072. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and virtual meetings may be recorded for quality, training and compliance; you will be told at the start of the call and may decline.

6. Cookies and advertising

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, analytics cookies to understand how it is used, and advertising pixels — the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags, alongside Google Analytics — to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to show you our ads elsewhere.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out directly: Meta ad preferences, Google Ads settings, Google Analytics opt-out, and the DAA opt-out tool. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to obtain a copy or portable export, to correct it, to delete it, to limit the use of sensitive information, to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do not sell), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email robert.howard@cs-ag.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call 571-677-1072. We will verify your identity, respond within 45 days (extendable once where permitted), and you may use an authorised agent. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message.

8. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and regulatory recordkeeping obligations — generally at least six years for communications and client records, and shorter periods for advertising and analytics data. When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.

We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence and staff training. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children and scope

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are located in the United States, and our services are offered only in the states listed in Section 1. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices, providers or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted here. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. Questions? Contact robert.howard@cs-ag.com or 571-677-1072.
